A place to contemplate the wonders and mysteries of life and the human body. This is TAKEDA LIFE THEATER.
Opened April 17th, 2019 in the 1st floor lobby area of Takeda Global Headquarters
TAKEDA LIFE THEATER offers visitors an opportunity to learn through visuals about life and the human body, with a particular focus on the importance of health. It is a bilingual theater that delivers content in Japanese and English consecutively, which can be enjoyed not only by Japanese-speaking audiences but also by visitors and tourists from overseas.
Equipped with a state-of-the-art 10-meter wide LED monitor and a 5.1 channel surround sound system, the theater delivers compelling video content produced in 4K. The first program to be shown, created with the cooperation of Nikkei National Geographic Inc., explores the mysteries of the intestines, the role of intestinal bacteria, and offers information on how to improve intestinal health.
TAKEDA LIFE THEATER is free to enter and is located on the 1st floor of Takeda Global Headquarters in Nihonbashi – an area of Tokyo that has been known as “the town of medicine” since Japan’s Edo period.
